It all started when...

Welcome to my site, “The Hooded Blacksmith”. Here you will find a selection of my recent commissions as well as some future design ideas. I am a recently qualified metalsmith (Foundation degree) and I am looking to undertake as wide a range of work as possible. I am able to accept a wide range of commissions from small intricate design pieces from original concepts through to more ambitious large-scale projects.

I am based in East Sussex operating from an extensively equipped worskhop with 2 traditional forges. I can manufacture almost any product that can be designed, I can also offer a design service to translate a client’s brief.
